Who is this virtual retreat for?
This experience is for women who’ve been betrayed by their husbands and are ready to stop feeling stuck in the pain. Whether you want to save your marriage or just start feeling like yourself again, this retreat is for you.
Do I have to turn my camera on?
Nope. You can participate with your camera off if that feels more comfortable. This is a confidential space, and your privacy will always be respected.
Is this like therapy?
No. This retreat offers a hands-on, neuroscience-backed approach that works with your body, brain, and emotions. It’s designed to create real shifts in real time, not just talk about the problem.
What if I’m not sure I want to stay in my marriage?
That’s okay. This isn’t about pushing you to stay or go—it’s about helping you feel clear, grounded, and emotionally strong enough to make the right decision for you.
Can I attend part of the virtual retreat?
Yes! While we encourage you to join for the full 3 hours if possible, even attending part of the experience will bring incredible value.
What if I really want to attend, but the date doesn’t work for me?
I’d still love to support you. Just send me a note at
[email protected], and we’ll see what we can work out together.
What should I know before doing hypnosis?
Hypnosis isn’t magic or mind control. It’s a deeply relaxed, yet focused state where your subconscious is more open to suggestion—perfect for releasing long-held beliefs and emotional patterns. You won’t lose control, fall asleep, or do anything against your values. You’ll simply feel calm, safe, and supported as your mind begins to shift.
Can hypnosis really help me—and is it safe?
Yes, hypnosis is a safe and powerful tool to help you rewire thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve you. It taps into your subconscious to help you create new patterns, without changing your personality or forcing anything that isn’t aligned with your values. You can’t get “stuck” in hypnosis, and most people describe it as peaceful and relaxing. Rare side effects (like dizziness or headaches) are uncommon and temporary.
What if I get emotional during the session?
That’s completely normal and even healing. Hypnosis often brings long-held emotions to the surface, and crying is a natural release. Whether you cry, feel anger, or just breathe deeply through the session, all of it is welcome. You’ll be fully supported the entire time, and you don’t have to share anything out loud unless you want to.
